Hello & welcome to our Mental Health Problems Blog. Here we wanted to add more content for those seeking Articles, News, Information, Resources, Tips and Video Clips on Mental Health Problems.

Having been brought up in a family where my mother and two sisters suffered manic depression, as well as a father who suffered epilepsy, and personally suffering constant bullying at school (mocking my family condition was a major component), and later from STRESS at work and in business, I can well relate to Mental Health Problems.

I trust that people find this resource useful and benefit from the information they receive.
